Your New Role
Are you looking for a senior and strategic HR role where you can work closely with leaders, business operations, and trade union partners? We are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a consultancy assignment with our client in Karlskrona. Here, you will play a key role in translating both global and local business goals into concrete HR initiatives that strengthen the organization, leadership, and employee experience.
As an HR Business Partner, you will act as an advisor and strategic partner to managers and leadership teams. You will support the business in developing people, teams, and the organization based on business needs. The role involves both operational and strategic work, requiring you to switch between long-term HR planning and day-to-day practical issues.
You will primarily be responsible for:
- Translating global and local business goals into relevant HR strategies and action plans
- Supporting managers with HR issues related to leadership, performance, development, conflict resolution, and employee relations
- Leading and participating in collective bargaining and cooperation according to Swedish labor law, such as MBL and LAS
- Working with strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management
- Supporting annual HR processes such as performance management, salary reviews, employee surveys, and talent reviews
- Analyzing HR data and key metrics related to turnover, absenteeism, engagement, and skill needs
- Contributing to organizational development, role design, team development, and change management
- Implementing and adapting global HR programs, policies, and processes to the Swedish context
- Supporting recruitment processes in collaboration with Talent Acquisition
- Working with occupational health and safety, risk assessments, and rehabilitation cases together with managers and occupational health services
- Conducting workshops and training on topics such as leadership, culture, team development, and performance

Key Details
Assignment Scope: Full-time, 100%
Employment Type: Fixed-term consultancy position via JobBusters.
Work Model: Hybrid, minimum 3 days per week in the office.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension

To succeed in this role, you need:
- Experience working strategically and operationally as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Swedish labor law, collective agreements, and trade union cooperation.
- Experience with MBL negotiations, labor law issues, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety.
- Proven ability to support managers with complex HR issues and change management.
- Experience in performance management, talent management, succession planning, and salary reviews.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR data, KPIs, and decision-making materials.
- Experience implementing HR processes, policies, and global HR initiatives.
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
