Corporate Sales Representative for Financing Solutions

Since 2014, Finansia has helped small and medium-sized enterprises grow through smart financing solutions. We work closely with our customers, make quick decisions, and create solutions that work in practice.

We are now looking for you who want to build a real career in B2B sales.

Your Role

You will start with a structured 12-week introduction where you will learn the basics of B2B sales, our products, and how we work with customers. You will then gradually take on more responsibility in the sales process.

This is not a passive role. You are expected to be active, curious, and willing to put in the effort required to become truly excellent.

You will:

• contact companies and book meetings
• identify needs and create business opportunities
• work systematically in the CRM and follow up on dialogues
• gradually take on more responsibility in the sales process

Who You Are

You have a genuine interest in sales and understand that results require effort. You are used to taking initiative and are motivated by seeing concrete results from your efforts.

Previous experience in sales, customer contact, or service roles is advantageous. The most important thing is that you have the right attitude and a clear drive to move forward.

We believe you:

• are goal-oriented and enjoy working towards clear results
• communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• take personal responsibility and do not need to be reminded of what needs to be done
• have experience in customer contact, service, or sales – a plus but not a requirement
