Career Coach – Rusta och Matcha

We are a provider to the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen), with the mission to support unemployed individuals into jobs or studies, thereby contributing to reduced unemployment in Sweden.

We have been in operation for five years and, thanks to our presence on social media, have built a large and active community of job seekers. We interact daily with our target audience of job seekers via social media, accumulating millions of video views and thousands of comments every month.

Since our inception, we have built a community of over 100,000 followers on social media. During the same period, we have successfully completed over 3,000 matchings, helping job seekers – primarily long-term unemployed individuals – enter employment in the form of work or studies.

We are now looking for an engaged and results-oriented career coach who wants to coach and match job seekers with jobs or studies.

About the Role

As a Career Coach at HelloLilly, you have overall responsibility for the participant's journey with us – from start to employment. You work with individual coaching, matching with employers, and follow-up, while ensuring quality in documentation and reporting.

You will become part of an engaged team and work closely with your colleagues to create the best possible results for our participants.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and create individual action plans
• Hold regular coaching and development meetings
• Support in job searching, CV/Cover Letter preparation, interview training, and education choices
• Match participants with jobs or education
• Collaborate with employers and internal teams
• Responsible for documentation in our systems
• Report according to agreements with the Swedish Public Employment Service
• Follow up with participants even after they have achieved employment

• Confident in coaching conversations and able to motivate different individuals
• Structured and administratively precise
• Results-oriented and motivated by achieving goals
• Strong communication skills and solution-focused approach
• Thrives in taking personal responsibility with high ownership of your work, while appreciating collaboration and contributing to the team's collective success
• Proficient in using digital systems

Experience in coaching, matching, recruitment, or work within labor market initiatives is an advantage.

Requirements

To work as a coach within Rusta och Matcha, you must meet one of the following criteria:

Option 1: University degree with at least 180 higher education credits and 2 years of working life experience in any field.

Alternatively:

1 year of post-secondary studies with at least passing grades, plus 3 years of working life experience in one of the following (combinations of the below are allowed):

• Team leadership with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Transition work for job seekers
• Study and career guidance
• Case management in personnel matters (not solely personnel administration)
• Work with working life and labor market issues
• Work with social and group psychology
• Career guidance

In this recruitment process, we conduct competency-based interviews to find our next career coach. This position is a temporary hourly contract as a summer substitute for the locations Olofström and Karlshamn.
