On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for an HR Business Partner for an international industrial company in Karlskrona. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start on 2026-06-01 and run until 2026-11-30, with good opportunities for extension and potential permanent hiring.

About the Assignment

In the role of HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the company's managers and leadership on both strategic and operational HR matters. You will become a key partner in translating business goals into effective HR initiatives and contributing to a sustainable and engaging workplace.

The role involves broad responsibility across the entire HR area, where you support managers in issues related to, among other things, labor law, work environment, rehabilitation, performance management, change management, and talent acquisition.

You will also:

  • Provide advisory support to managers on personnel-related issues
  • Handle union collaboration and negotiations according to Swedish labor law
  • Drive and coordinate HR processes such as talent management, succession planning, and performance management
  • Work with organizational development and change initiatives
  • Participate in and facilitate workshops and training initiatives
  • Monitor HR-related KPIs and analyze personnel data
  • Collaborate with both local and global HR functions

  • Background Check: Drug test and SSG Entré required before assignment start
  • Location: Karlskrona, at least 3 days per week on-site.

About You

We are looking for you who meet the following mandatory requirements:

  • Several years of experience working as an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role
  • Extensive knowledge of Swedish labor law and union collaboration
  • Experience supporting managers in both strategic and operational HR matters
  • Experience in change management and organizational development
  • Very good communication skills in Swedish and English

It is meritorious if you also meet the following requirements:

  • Experience from international organizations or matrix organizations
  • Experience from industrial or production environments
  • Experience with HR analytics and KPI monitoring
  • Experience with talent management and succession planning
