Are you an experienced HR Business Partner who wants to work closely with the business and make a real difference? 🌟 We are now looking for a senior consultant for an exciting assignment in Karlskrona, where you will work both strategically and operationally in an international environment.
About the assignment
As an HR Business Partner, you will become a key person supporting managers and leadership in translating business strategy into effective people strategies. You will work broadly within the HR field, focusing on performance, engagement, organizational development, and change management.
You will collaborate closely with both local and global functions as well as union partners, contributing to creating a sustainable and high-performing organization. 🤝
Scope and conditions
The assignment is full-time, starting on June 1, 2026, and running until November 30, 2026, with the possibility of extension or conversion to permanent employment. The location is Karlskrona with approximately 25% remote work. At least three days per week on-site. A drug test will be conducted before the start of the assignment.
Responsibilities
Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Acting as a strategic partner to managers on HR matters.
- Driving and implementing people strategies and HR initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with Swedish labor law and collective agreements.
- Handling union negotiations and MBL (Consultation Act) processes.
- Working with workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management.
- Supporting change management and organizational development.
- Analyzing HR data and providing decision-making support.
- Leading HR processes such as salary reviews, performance management, and employee surveys.
- Facilitating workshops and training sessions.
- Working with occupational health and safety, rehabilitation, and risk assessments.
Requirements
We are looking for you who meet the following criteria:
- Experience with Workforce Planning.
- Experience with union negotiations.
- In-depth knowledge of Swedish labor law.
- Experience in organizational development.
- Ability to interpret and apply HR policies.
- Experience facilitating workshops.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in Performance Management.
- Experience in Change Management.
- Experience in HR data analysis.
- Excellent proficiency in Swedish.
- Excellent proficiency in English.
