We are now looking for an HR Generalist to join Devexa in Karlskrona. At our company, we work closely together in an open atmosphere, characterized by plenty of laughter and camaraderie.

Devexa AB is a family-owned company providing local cleaning services across Sweden. Our headquarters are located in Karlskrona, and the company is part of the Pelmatic Group. Devexa embarked on a major growth journey in 2021 through the acquisition of cleaning companies. Currently, we operate in Kristianstad, Växjö, and Västerås, and our vision is to continue growing. We are looking for an HR Generalist for our headquarters who wants to join us on this journey.

As an HR Generalist, you will, together with the CEO and other head office staff, support the site managers and employees of our subsidiary companies. This support will be both operational, involving administration and follow-ups, and strategic. By building strong relationships and trust with site managers and employees, you will actively contribute to the development of our internal HR processes. You will serve as a key support in your areas of expertise, such as occupational health and safety, rehabilitation, and personnel matters.

You should have good IT skills and be quick to learn how to navigate digital systems.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance and advice to managers on HR-related questions and policies.
  • Supporting managers in recruitment processes, salary setting, and administering employment contracts.
  • Interpreting collective agreements, supporting managers in labor law matters, and conducting union negotiations.
  • Managing job advertisements and ensuring they are well-optimized on social media to attract the right talent.
  • Managing rehabilitation processes.
  • Supporting salary preparation.
  • Participating in the development and implementation of strategic HR processes.
  • Responsible for the design and updating of the company's employee handbook and corporate policies.
  • Other HR administration.

About you

We prefer that you have an academic degree in the HR field or work experience that we consider equivalent. We believe you have a few years of experience in HR and experience acting as a support to management. You are familiar with both operational and strategic HR work and feel confident in your knowledge of laws, agreements, and other regulations within HR.

You value a workplace with a high pace and collaboration. Some of your best qualities are that you are service-oriented, adaptable, structured, and meticulous.

Meritorious

  • Experience as an HR Generalist or HR Partner.

Requirements

  • Academic degree in the HR field.
  • Class B driver's license.

Terms of Employment

  • The position is permanent.
  • Full-time.
  • The role includes regular travel to other locations where our units are based.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis. Start date as soon as possible or by agreement.
