We are looking for you who have:
- a degree in personnel management or other education that the employer deems equivalent,
- experience and good knowledge of work-oriented rehabilitation,
- good digital skills and experience working in system support related to rehabilitation, near-misses, and work-related injuries,

It is an advantage if you have experience working as a manager and experience collaborating with occupational health services and union representatives/safety representatives.
As a person, you are:
- trustworthy and have a coaching and supportive approach,
- clear and confident in your communication,

Duration: 6 months or longer.
The position is fixed-term starting in September and runs until the first half of 2027. Start and end dates are agreed upon.
The position is part-time, and the exact scope is determined in dialogue based on the needs of the operation and your conditions.
We would appreciate it if you could combine the assignment with other employment or if you are senior in your career and wish to combine work with pension.
APPLICATION
Please note that Ronneby Municipality has removed the cover letter from the application process.
Instead of a cover letter, you will answer a number of questions in the application process where you describe your competence in the requested area. In the selection process, we will use these answers as a complement to your CV, and thus not request a cover letter.
In cases where there are legal requirements for extracts from the criminal record, you will need to provide such.
For some positions in Ronneby Municipality, we conduct background checks on final candidates.
At Ronneby Municipality, our employees are covered by central collective agreements (HÖK and AB).
