About the role

We are now looking for an engaged and experienced organizational consultant who wants to contribute to sustainable working environments, strong leadership, and well-functioning organizations.

Regionhälsan is Region Blekinge's internal occupational health service and works strategically to create healthy, attractive, and sustainable workplaces. We consist of approximately 15 employees with nine different professions who work cross-professionally with working environment issues at the individual, group, and organizational levels. The operations are based in Karlskrona and Karlshamn but operate throughout Blekinge.

As an organizational consultant, you are an internal expert and advisor within organizational and business development. You work independently on your own assignments in close collaboration with colleagues within Regionhälsan, HR, and other development functions. Together with the operations, you design interventions that contribute to long-term sustainable workplaces.

Your assignments may include organizational development, management group and leadership development, executive coaching, training initiatives, conflict management, crisis support, group processes, change management, and working environment investigations. You are responsible for the entire process – from mapping and analysis to implementation and follow-up.

The place of work is Karlskrona, but the work covers the entire Region Blekinge.

About you

You have a relevant higher education or university degree, for example as a behavioral scientist or psychologist, and experience in organizational development, work and organizational psychology, or related fields. Certifications in leadership and organizational development are meritorious.

We would like you to have experience leading groups and development processes, good knowledge of leadership development and systematic work environment work, as well as experience in education and supervision. You work in a research-based manner and have an interest in evidence-based methods.

As a person, you are driven, self-initiating, and consultative. You are clear in your communication, receptive in meetings with others, and have an easy time building trusting relationships. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.

Region Blekinge assigns all permanent staff to wartime duties. Some of our positions are security-classified, where the employee must undergo a security screening interview and register check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
