We are now looking for a Business Developer who wants to help develop our service trips – an important social function that includes transport services for people with disabilities and medical travel.

About the job

As a Business Developer within service trips, you play a central role in the development of the business. You work with analyzing, improving, and developing processes, services, and working methods to ensure an efficient, sustainable, and customer-oriented operation.

You act as a support to the operations and work closely with both internal colleagues and external contractors and partners. The role involves both strategic and operational work with business development as the focus.

The assignment includes among other things:

• Drive and lead development and improvement work within service trips.
• Analyze operations, travel patterns, quality, and economy, and propose improvement measures.
• Develop processes and working methods with a focus on efficiency, quality, and customer benefit.
• Monitor contracts, key performance indicators, and quality goals.
• Identify and implement digitalization and automation initiatives together with traffic contractors.
• Coordinate and participate in investigations, projects, and tenders.
• Contribute to business planning and strategic development within the area.

About you

We are looking for you who have a strong drive for development and thrive in a role where collaboration, analysis, and improvement work are in focus. You are proactive, structured, and have the ability to turn analyses into concrete results.

You easily create good relationships and collaborate with different actors while independently driving issues forward.

We see that you have:

• Relevant university education in fields such as urban planning, logistics, or other education that the employer deems equivalent.
• Experience in business development, operations development, or process development.
• Good analytical skills and experience working with follow-up and operational data.
• Experience in project management or change management.
• High social competence with good ability to collaborate, build trust, and create long-term relationships with both colleagues and external partners.
• Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.

It is meritorious if you have experience from public transport, service trips, public operations, or work with contracts and tenders.
