We are looking for an assistant for a 20-year-old girl in Kävlinge

We are now looking for an open, cheerful, and positive assistant for a 20-year-old girl in Kävlinge. Here, you will become part of a small and dedicated work group of important people who ensure that the girl can live an active, joyful, and meaningful life.

You who apply

You who apply must be a girl/woman. Previous experience within personal assistance, school/preschool, or other work with children/young people is meritorious but not a requirement. Here, you will receive on-site introductions and walkthroughs until you feel secure in the work.

The girl has double assistance, so you will never work alone but will have support from a colleague or support assistant/support pedagogue if the girl attends daily activities. This means your workplace may be located at daily activities in the autumn, but the focus is on our girl.

Job Duties and Conditions

We are looking for a warm and secure assistant who starts with us in August. The position is a temporary assignment equivalent to approx. 40%, and there are good chances that it will transition into a permanent position later on. Work shifts occur on weekdays (daytime/evening) and every other weekend. As an assistant, your duties include everything from personal hygiene and care to communication, exercise, and activities.

The family lives within walking distance of Kävlinge train station, so commuting by public transport is no problem!

You need to feel comfortable in the water, and a requirement is that you must be a swimmer since swimming is one of my biggest interests! Furthermore, I love horse riding, so for that simple reason, you should not be afraid of horses either.

On weekdays, it is busy with riding, swimming, music therapy, and training. I appreciate being outdoors and my daily walks.

During weekends and holidays, I like to come up with fun activities and go on trips. As an assistant, you have influence in my daily life and help me have an active life, which I really appreciate. Music is my passion; I love listening to music, and I have several different instruments. You do not need to be musically knowledgeable, but you are welcome to enjoy joking and singing with me.

I am very curious and like when things happen; with me, it will never be boring!

We appreciate it if you are flexible and have good work ethics. In my assistance group, we help each other, and it is important to give and take. We are a lovely and fun group that creates many fun (and unforgettable) memories together!
