About the role
As a Business Developer, you will have a key role in developing the company's future platform offering. The role is new, which means great opportunities to influence and shape both working methods, processes, and business models going forward. Here you get to combine strategy, innovation, and commercial thinking in a role with significant impact, contributing to the development of both the business and working methods.
You work closely with several parts of the organization, such as product development, sales, and finance, acting as an important link between strategy and execution. The focus is on developing new business models, creating smart offerings, and finding new opportunities for growth and profitability.
In this role, you work both strategically and operationally - from producing analyses and decision support materials to driving the implementation of new business solutions within the organization. You also contribute to developing customer communication, pricing, and new collaborations, and you report to SSG's Chief Revenue Officer.
The position is located in Sundsvall.

Who are you
We would like you to have several years of experience in business development, commercial strategy, pricing models, as well as SaaS and platform businesses. You have experience developing and implementing new business models and are accustomed to close collaboration with management, sales, product, and finance. You have experience creating business cases, pricing logic, and other commercial decision support materials, preferably in connection with change work related to digital services and platform-based offerings.
As a person, you are business-oriented and thrive in dynamic environments where the business is continuously developing and changing over time. You have a natural ability to navigate between many different contact areas and work in a communicative and clear manner. You establish good relationships and contribute to engaging others in the common direction forward. You have a well-developed analytical ability that allows you to quickly grasp complex issues, see patterns, and create clarity where needed.
