About the Role

In your role as Project Support, you have an important responsibility to support and relieve project management, primarily with economic and administrative tasks. In this position, it is important that you are curious and want to find solutions to problems. You support the department throughout the entire project process, from initiation to completion, and have the ability to structure your own way of working.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ongoing economic management in projects
• Implementation of new economic system, SAP S/4HANA
• Invoicing and document management
• Contract interpretation
• Create and maintain routines
• Participate in dialogues with customers and contractors

Requirements

We are looking for you who combine business insight with strong analytical skills and a clear communication style. In the role, you handle several parallel projects, which places demands on your ability to create structure and prioritize your work. You collaborate with several different parties, and we place great emphasis on your communication skills – you dare to challenge and always act professionally.

We know that you will develop together with us. However, we would like you to already have:

• At least one completed 3-year relevant upper secondary education or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience working with economic and/or administrative tasks where you have independently handled reporting, follow-up, invoicing, contracts, and general project administration
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing
• Are a proficient computer user and skilled at searching and evaluating information
• Have experience with and are comfortable working in the SAP system as well as Power BI

We consider it meritorious if you have experience from the contracting industry, the ability to work in our case management system BÄST, and if you have previous experience with SAP S/4 HANA.
