Business Developer with Focus on Digital Development
The purpose of the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) is to provide the prerequisites for a stable and well-functioning business sector. By registering and providing current and accurate company information, we contribute to increased transparency and security for society's actors. We strive to make it as easy as possible to start and run a business, and contribute in collaboration with others to ensure that companies are not used as tools for crime.

About the Role
Do you want to help develop tomorrow's digital services for companies and entrepreneurs? We are now looking for a Business Developer with a focus on digital development for the Companies Department.
The Companies Department's mission is to register, verify, and quality-assure company information. We work with case management and customer service, and constantly develop our services and work processes to simplify things for our customers.
As a Business Developer, you are a key link between the business operations and the development teams as new and existing digital services are developed. You have a project-leading responsibility and work on driving business development related to digital transformation. The role involves connecting customer and business needs with digital solutions.
You are organizationally part of the "Start a Business" unit and are included in the unit's management group. Assignments may also occur within other units in the Companies Department. You work closely with development teams and other functions in an agile context where collaboration and development are in focus.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate assignments or programs related to digital development.
- Collaborate with other authorities and external actors in national and international initiatives.
- Participate in technical dialogues with development teams, architects, and external parties.
- Drive and participate in business and service development in agile teams.
- Work with environmental scanning.
- Work in roles such as Product Manager or Product Owner together with Scrum Masters, requirements analysts, developers, and testers.
About You
We are looking for someone who can lead and motivate others and creates engagement and involvement in the development work. You collaborate well with others and work towards common goals in cross-functional teams. You drive your work forward and work with a sense of purpose to achieve results. You have the ability to view your work and operations from a larger perspective and consider the whole in your decisions and priorities.
You need to have:
- Completed upper secondary education.
- Current experience in leading, driving, and implementing business development and assignments within case-handling operations.
- Experience working according to agile methods.
- Ability to communicate clearly, pedagogically, and in a target-group-adapted manner in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
Meritorious:
- Experience of development work in collaboration with external stakeholders.
- Experience of working according to changed legal requirements and legal assessments.
- Experience of leading change work.
- Experience of similar work/assignments within government operations.
