About the Role

Vattenfall Services is Sweden's leading contracting company within the energy and power sector, and we are developing Sweden's energy infrastructure! We need more energy heroes, and we are now looking for a Project Support who wants to join the journey! Is that you? Together, we make a difference for society.

In your role as Project Support, you have an important responsibility to support and relieve project management, primarily with economic and administrative tasks. In this position, it is important that you are curious and eager to find solutions to problems. You support the department throughout the entire project process, from initiation to completion, and have the ability to structure your own way of working.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ongoing economic management of projects
• Implementation of new economic system, SAP S/4HANA
• Invoicing and document management
• Contract interpretation
• Create and maintain routines
• Participate in dialogues with customers and contractors

Requirements

We are looking for someone who combines business insight with strong analytical skills and a clear communication style. In this role, you handle several parallel projects, which requires your ability to create structure and prioritize your work. You collaborate with several different parties, and we place great emphasis on your communication skills – you dare to challenge and always act professionally.

We know you will develop together with us. However, we would prefer that you already have:

• At least one completed 3-year relevant upper secondary education or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience working with economic and/or administrative tasks where you have independently handled reporting, follow-up, invoicing, contracts, and general project administration
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Proficient computer user, skilled at searching and evaluating information
• Experience with and comfort working in SAP and Power BI

It is considered meritorious if you have experience from the contracting industry, the ability to work in our case management system BÄST, and if you have previous experience with SAP S/4HANA.
