Do you want to combine your studies with a developmental part-time job where you gain practical experience in recruitment and staffing? We at OnePartnerGroup Örnsköldsvik are now looking for a Candidate Manager to join our team.

About the role

As a Candidate Manager with us, you will become an important part of our delivery and daily operations. You will work closely with our consultants to find, contact, and match candidates for our clients. The work is varied and gives you a good overall picture of the recruitment process. Among other things, you will:

• create and publish job ads
• conduct selection and initial screening of candidates
• communicate with candidates via phone and email

In addition, you will be involved in booking and conducting interviews. The role also includes administrative tasks such as employment contracts and updates in business systems. This gives you an understanding of the entire flow – from need to employment.

We offer a hourly position where you work as needed, during daytime hours. For the right person, there is an opportunity for a more continuous scope over time.

Your profile

We are looking for you who are studying a post-secondary education in a relevant field and who have at least one year left of your studies.

In the role, you will meet many different types of people, which is why it is important that you are confident in your communication – both via email and phone.

The requirements for the position are that you have:

• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing; good command of English
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Experience working with the Office package and preferably experience with business systems
