Job Description

In the role of Quality and Development Manager, you will lead and coordinate development and quality work at an overarching level within social services and municipal healthcare. You work on developing and implementing strategies, methods, and tools to strengthen the operations' prerequisites and ability to create value for those we serve.

In your work, you will lead change processes, conduct qualified investigations, write statements, handle and respond to consultations, motions, and citizen proposals. You will also be responsible for developing management systems for systematic quality work, consolidating quality work, and compiling the annual quality report.

Through active environmental scanning and knowledge gathering, you keep yourself updated regarding news and new legislation, you disseminate information, and provide stable support to management and managers.

You will participate in various groups and networks where you take an active and sometimes leading role. Currently, several major transitions are underway throughout the organization, including the new Social Services Act and the transition to Good and Close Care. You are part of the top management group for social services and municipal healthcare, where we work together to realize overarching goals and visions.

As a person, we see that you are both analytical and pedagogical, and proactive. You are structured and feel a great responsibility for your assignments, their implementation, and results. You thrive working independently and taking significant personal responsibility, but you appreciate and contribute to good collaborations by being receptive and clear in your communication, both verbally and in writing.
