About the Role
In this position, you will work with supplier accounts payable and other administrative tasks related to the business. You will be responsible for handling, registering, and following up on cases, ensuring that administrative processes are carried out efficiently and with high quality.

The role involves daily use of various business and administrative systems, requiring good computer skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new routines and working methods.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, structured, and able to create order even when workloads vary. You work meticulously, enjoy recurring tasks, and have the ability to maintain focus even during periods of high tempo.

We would like you to:

• Have experience in administrative work
• Be accustomed to working in various digital systems
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Be meticulous, solution-oriented, and service-minded
