Job Description

We are now looking for a resource guard for our patrol operations, a role where variation is the standard, not the exception. A resource service means you step in where needed. When colleagues are on leave, someone gets sick, or an area needs reinforcement, you step in.

You will be based at our local offices in Nynäshamn, Botkyrka, or Årsta. Working hours are approx. 18:00–06:00, on a 5-4 roster (Deviations may occur depending on which district you cover at night).

Examples of tasks:

• Patrol buildings, properties
• Lock and check objects
• Respond to alarms, handle incidents
• Ensure customer safety
• Document and report

Requirements

• Guard Training 1 and 2
• At least 1 year of experience in patrol operations
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as approved grades in Swedish from the first year of high school.
• Driver's license

Salary and employment conditions are based on collective agreements between the employer organization Säkerhetsföretagen and the Swedish Transport Workers' Union.
