We are looking for an Information Security Case Officer for an authority within the transport sector.

This is a consultancy assignment based in Stockholm.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork skills.

The Assignment

As an Information Security Case Officer, you work with security protection and support the organization's departments with issues related to information security. The role involves administration and support related to information systems, training, and the handling of documents with special security requirements. You report regularly to the Security Protection Strategist or the Deputy Head of Security Protection and are responsible for reporting status in terms of time, cost, and quality. The role requires good pedagogical skills, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administration and lifecycle management of special information systems, as well as user support related to this.
• Training related to information security, primarily focusing on security protection for employees.
• Handling of documents and diary registration with special security requirements.
• Information classification of documents and tasks based on the information classification model, the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act, and the Security Protection Act.
• Regular reporting of work to the Information Security Protection Strategist or Deputy Head of Security Protection, including status in terms of time, cost, and quality.

Requirements (Mandatory)

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• At least three (3) years of professional experience as a case officer or administrator in the public sector, with good proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel from the Office package.
• At least one (1) year of documented professional experience in information classification and secrecy assessment according to OSL Chapter 15, 18, 19.
• At least one (1) year of documented professional experience in diary registration according to the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act.
• At least two (2) years of documented experience working in operations with high demands for security and secrecy awareness.

Merits

• At least one (1) previous assignment where the consultant worked with system administrative tasks in a Windows environment, e.g., settings and program installation.
• At least one (1) year of documented professional experience in developing processes and routines within the field of information security and/or security protection.
• Basic education/course in information security, including common IT security threats and common security solutions and measures.
• Experience in developing, implementing, and following up on at least one (1) training initiative within security protection or information classification.

Personal Qualities

• Good knowledge of security from an IT security and security protection perspective.
• Good social competence and ability to collaborate.
• Structured.
• Self-initiating and results-oriented.
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with a complex operation and understand different types of operational requirements.
