The operations include schools, care homes, cultural and leisure properties, as well as residential buildings, giving you a varied and technically interesting portfolio.

The main focus is on construction inspections, primarily pre-inspections and final inspections. At the same time, there is a broader need for technical consulting support within various types of inspections and investigations. You will become an important part of the work to ensure quality from documentation to the finished facility. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to work close to real property projects and contribute with qualified assessments in a complex and varied portfolio.

• You conduct construction inspections with a focus on pre-inspections and final inspections.
• You review materials, documents, and technical documentation as support for your assessments.
• You follow up on contractors and facilities to ensure that the execution meets the set requirements.
• You document inspections in a professional, clear, and structured manner.
• You contribute with technical assessments throughout the process, from documents to the finished facility.
• You can also support other inspection services and investigations when the business needs change.

• You have experience with inspection services with a focus on construction inspections.
• You are a certified inspector approved by RISE, KIWA, or SBR.
• You have a good ability to work with the whole picture from documentation to the finished facility.
• You deliver professional documentation related to construction inspections.
• You work carefully, independently, and with great commitment in your assignments.
• You are available based on project needs, normally with about two weeks' notice, and in urgent situations with short notice.

• Experience with condition assessments and condition inventories.
• Experience with warranty, post, and special inspections.
• Experience with safety inspections, environmental inventories, or investigation and sampling of hazardous substances.
• Experience with moisture investigation and analysis, leak investigation, thermography, radon measurement, or air analysis.
• Experience with pipe filming, ground inspection, or control of electrical installations (EN inspection).
