You will step into a property environment with educational facilities where roof and facade measures need to be investigated, designed, and followed up all the way from documentation to a finished solution. The role combines technical depth with practical execution and suits you who want to work closely with documentation, production, and quality assurance.

You contribute with professional investigations and documentation for renovations within roofs and facades and become an important part of creating sustainable, safe, and well-executed projects. • You investigate and design measures within roofs, roof safety, facades, brickwork, and sheet metal.
• You prepare tender documents and other technical documentation for roof and facade work.
• You work with calculations, planning, and execution of projects in the area.
• You drive construction management and follow up that measures are carried out with the right quality.
• You conduct inspections and quality assure deliveries related to roof and facade renovations.
• You collaborate with relevant parties and work on-site as needed to support the progress of projects.
• In parts of the assignment, you may also take responsibility in roles such as BAS-P and BAS-U.

• You have documented experience in investigating, designing, executing, and inspecting projects within roofs, roof safety, brickwork, and facades.
• You have experience in producing professional investigations, tender documents, and other documentation for roof and facade work.
• You have experience with calculations and construction management in building projects.
• You are approved by RISE and/or SBR.
• You have the possibility to work on-site as needed.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

• Experience from school and educational facilities or equivalent building types.
• Experience from assignments where you have had responsibility as BAS-P and BAS-U.
