Group Leader Museum

Do you want to combine leadership, security, and service in a unique environment?

We are now looking for an engaged and responsible group leader for our assignment at a museum. Here you will have the opportunity to work in an exciting and public-facing operation where security, service, and leadership are in focus.

As a group leader, you are responsible for daily operations and lead both stationary guards and BVC (Security and Guarding) personnel. You are a key person in the operation and ensure that the assignment is carried out with high quality, professionalism, and a service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead, distribute, and follow up on the work of stationary guards and BVC personnel
• Coordinate security-related issues in close cooperation with the client's security organization
• Be responsible for the daily operation of the monitoring center
• Maintain close contact with technical personnel and other functions within the operation
• Conduct patrols, supervision, as well as opening and closing of premises
• Work with fire safety issues, SBA (Security and Guarding Act), and control of escape routes
• Participate in the planning and execution of fire and evacuation drills
• Contribute to a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for visitors, staff, and partners

We are looking for someone who

• Has completed full guard training (VU1 and VU2)
• Has documented experience in leadership or other managerial positions
• Is approved by the County Administrative Board to work in an authorized security company
• Is responsible, solution-oriented, and has good collaboration skills
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Thrives in working both operationally and administratively

Merits

• Several years of experience from the security industry
• Experience from managerial positions within security or guarding
• Experience with alarm handling, CCTV, and security systems
• Experience working in public environments or cultural activities

Employment Terms

Start Date: According to agreement

Employment Type: Full-time, 6-month probationary period applies

Salary: According to collective agreement
