About the role

As an alarm operator, you are a central part of our security chain. You receive and handle incoming alarms of various kinds – such as fire alarms, burglary alarms, operational disruptions, and technical faults – as well as monitor camera feeds and answer incoming calls. Each situation requires quick and correct decisions, and you are responsible for initiating the right action based on the nature and severity of the incident.

As an alarm operator, you act as the hub for our entire operation. You coordinate efforts, maintain ongoing contact with both internal and external resources, and ensure that information flows efficiently between all involved parties. The work requires high stress tolerance, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm even in pressurized situations.

You will work in an environment where technology and communication are your primary tools, and where your commitment directly contributes to the safety and security of both people and businesses.

Who are you?

We see that you have solid experience within service professions and are accustomed to meeting customers and finding solutions to various challenges. You work comfortably with computers and phones as your primary tools. We strongly believe in our employees' ability to grow and develop, and therefore we value your personal qualities just as highly as your formal qualifications. In addition, we assume that you master both Swedish and English in speech and writing.

About the position

• Employment type: Full-time
• Working hours: Shift work
• Start date: Immediately
• Probation period: 6 months

An employment with us involves placement in a security class. Security clearance with register check will be conducted prior to employment according to the Security Protection Act.
