What you do As an Occupational Health and Safety Engineer, you work close to the operations to develop and improve our physical work environment. Your specialist competence supports the organization by identifying risks, developing measures, and ensuring that we work systematically and preventively every day.

Your main responsibilities:

• Risk-assess work tasks and develop action proposals to improve the work environment
• Design and implement routines for a safer work environment
• Follow up that routines are followed and work in practice
• Keep up to date with relevant occupational health and safety legislation
• Develop training materials and conduct training for our technicians and delivery staff
• Support investigations of accidents and incidents

Who you are To thrive and succeed in the role, you are used to planning and organizing your work. Your good structure helps you to prioritize and, not least, to deprioritize. You can see connections, identify problems, and make well-founded decisions even in complex issues. You also have very good communication skills and can translate complex information into concrete and understandable messages for the operations. Your curiosity and lack of pretension make you enjoy diving into new areas, identifying solutions, and creating collaborations with others.

We see that you have

• Post-secondary education in occupational health and safety with a focus on legislation and physical work environment risks
• Competence in occupational health and safety legislation, especially regarding physical risks
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, but preferably more languages

Meritorious if you also have

• Knowledge of environmental and chemical legislation
• Experience working at heights
• Good knowledge of English
• Category B driver's license, as travel within Sweden occurs

Good to know

• We apply a six-month probation period for all positions
• The office is located in Liljeholmen/Stockholm
• There is an assessment test in the recruitment process. The sender is Master. Complete them by August 3rd, but preferably earlier.
