Do you want to work in a role that combines project administration with active responsibility for quality, environment, and working environment? We are now looking for a KMA Coordinator who will become a central part of the project organization and contribute to ensuring our projects are executed with high quality, good order, and a strong safety mindset from start to finish.

About the role of KMA Coordinator

As a KMA Coordinator, the role involves supporting project management and production in daily operations through administrative coordination, document control, and follow-up. You have overall responsibility for ensuring that the project's KMA work is conducted according to current requirements and that administrative processes and meeting structures function efficiently throughout the entire project execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving and coordinating the project's KMA work.
  • Ensuring quality in document handling and project administration.
  • Supporting project management and production in daily project work.
  • Following up on deviations, self-controls, safety rounds, and KMA key figures.
  • Coordinating project meetings and ensuring a functioning meeting structure.
  • Contributing to the project meeting requirements within quality, environment, and working environment.

Who are you?

As a person, you are self-motivated and drive your work forward. You are meticulous and have an eye for detail while being able to see the big picture of the project. You work in a structured manner and have the ability to plan and prioritize in a project environment. You are also communicative and enjoy collaborating with various functions and stakeholders.

To succeed in the role, you need to have:

  • Experience in project administration within construction, installation, or industrial projects.
  • Experience working within quality, environment, and working environment (KMA).
  • Strong administrative skills and experience handling extensive documentation.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Strong communication skills and experience coordinating between multiple stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish working environment requirements and contracting processes.
  • Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have experience from data center projects and other business-critical facilities, such as hospitals or data halls. Experience with document management systems, contracting projects according to AB, ABT, and ABT-U, as well as KMA coordination in larger contracts, is also seen as an advantage. If you have also worked with commissioning and start-up or have education in working environment, quality, or environmental management, it is strongly meritorious.

The position is a full-time consulting assignment for one year with the possibility of extension. Start date is as soon as possible.
