Addici Security is now looking for experienced security guards for the Rescue Team for assignments at Borealis in Stenungsund.

Here you work in a critical function where you are responsible for safety during complex entries into confined spaces (Confined Space Entry) – one of the most hazardous tasks in the industry.

About the role
As part of our Rescue Team, you work to ensure that entries into confined spaces are carried out in a safe and controlled manner.

Your main responsibilities:

• Monitor and secure entries into confined spaces
• Ensure that the correct permits (Work Permit) and risk assessments are in place
• Check and be responsible for rescue equipment and readiness
• Maintain constant communication with the control room and site management
• Be ready to act in emergency situations and initiate rescue operations
• Ensure that equipment such as harnesses, gas detectors, and rescue kits are used correctly

The work involves functioning both preventively and as the first response in the event of an incident.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience working in industry or high-risk environments
• Strong safety awareness and the ability to act under pressure
• Good communication skills and the ability to make clear decisions
• A structured work approach and a high sense of responsibility

It is particularly important in this role that you are confident in leading and acting in critical situations and that you understand the complexity of ATEX environments and confined spaces.

We see that you have:

• Experience as a security guard, fire watch, or similar role (meritorious)
• Worked in rope access/firefighting
• SSG training will be provided by Addici
• Training in hot work, confined space entry, or rescue is meritorious
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Category B driver's license is an advantage

About the position

• Employment type: Temporary position that may lead to permanent employment
• Employment level: Part-time and full-time
• Working hours: Shift work
• Start date: As agreed
• Probation period: 6 months
