Combitech in Stockholm and Västerås is expanding and is now looking for experienced engineers in safety and systems security. We are looking for you who have solid experience with technical systems and who currently work within Safety. You can be a system developer, software developer, or have experience developing technical systems through the design of mechanics, electronics, or hydraulics. This is a senior role that requires you to be accustomed to communicating and navigating with suppliers, steering groups, and other stakeholders. The Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Contribute to making our customers' systems and products safer together with engaged and knowledgeable colleagues.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of safety processes to ensure that set safety requirements are met.
• Conduct risk analyses to identify, analyze, and minimize risks in technical systems with the aim of preventing potential accidents.
• Work with systems security from development and verification to approval and commissioning of systems.
• Apply safety standards and regulations such as ISO 26262, RTCA DO-178, and the Machinery Directive to ensure high safety and quality.
• Lead projects and develop security solutions in close collaboration with customers and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leading experts in safety and systems security and continuously develop your specialist competence.

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least five years of experience in system development and/or software development, or alternatively automation technology.
• Has experience working with standards such as ISO 26262, RTCA DO-178, or equivalent, demonstrating experience with complex safety requirements.
• Has project management experience.
• Has experience working with CE marking (you may have started your career in this area).
• Has a genuine interest in developing and deepening knowledge in systems security, as well as drive and engagement in your work.
• Has a willingness to constantly learn and develop within the security field.

As the position involves work covered by defense secrecy, you are required to undergo and pass a security clearance with register check.
