About the Role

You will become part of an engaged work team with experienced colleagues and work in a business where collaboration, development, and security are in focus.

In the role, you are responsible for teaching and pedagogical work at the intermediate school level, focusing on creating an stimulating and safe learning environment where students are given the opportunity to develop based on their prerequisites. You work closely with colleagues and student health services to promote learning and remove obstacles for students' development.

The student health work is characterized by collaboration and a shared responsibility where the work is health-promoting, preventive, and remedial at the individual, group, and organizational levels.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a teacher's degree with eligibility for primary school
• Is open, receptive, and solution-focused
• Easily creates good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians
• Can exercise safe and clear leadership in the classroom
• Has good analytical skills and can identify needs and prioritize from a holistic perspective
• Has good collaboration skills and enjoys working both independently and in teams
• Is flexible, communicative, and engaged in the school's development work
