At the service center in Jönköping, we have approximately 11 employees. We work with a service-oriented approach where you and your colleagues share a common responsibility for your tasks and learning. We actively work on continuous improvements, and contributing to the development of the business is part of the role.
Main Responsibilities
As a service handler, you provide quick and professional service by answering questions from private individuals and companies. A large part of your work involves guiding customers to use the e-services of the cooperating authorities and finding information on websites. In your role, it is important that you listen actively, adapt your interaction to the customer, and have a pedagogical approach.
In your customer meetings, you have support from the various authorities' IT systems. In addition to introduction and training, time is set aside every day to familiarize yourself with the information you need to stay updated on news and changes affecting the service center's operations.
You may also be required to work at other service centers as needed.

Qualifications
You are driven by providing our customers with good service by identifying each customer's needs and providing answers or guidance. Since you work closely with customers, you must feel comfortable in direct meetings with customers from different backgrounds and with varying abilities. In short, we are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and is quick to absorb new knowledge.
We are looking for you who have:
- A university education of at least 80 credits/120 hp, or equivalent knowledge obtained through work experience.
- Worked for at least two years within the last 10 years in a service profession where you have informed and guided customers in personal meetings.
- A valid B driver's license.
Furthermore, you should have the following skills:
- Quickly establish contact with others in an objective and professional manner
- Map customer needs by asking questions and listening actively
- Communicate orally and in writing in Swedish
- Communicate orally in English
- Adapt your working method to customers' varying needs
- Handle multiple customers simultaneously
- Contribute positively to the work group's results and collaboration
Additionally, the following is meritorious:
- Experience of working with customer meetings within one of our cooperating authorities.
Other Information
The position is a permanent, full-time employment.
We usually apply a six-month probation period.
Start date by agreement.
We do not offer remote work.
This position requires a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act. As an employee, you may also be called upon for wartime placement based on the needs of the total defense.
