What will you do?

As a receptionist, you are Coor’s face to the outside world, always keeping your eyes and ears open to catch that little extra. In this role, you work independently and can put your enthusiasm to good use. We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for development within a dedicated team that values collaboration.

Examples of tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Welcome and assist visitors
• Handle incoming calls and emails
• Other administrative tasks

Who are you?

We are looking for you:

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Quick to learn digital systems
• Previous experience in a service role, such as a receptionist, is an advantage

About the position

• Employment type: Permanent
• Work load: Part-time 50%
• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00–12:00
• Start date: According to agreement
• Probation period: 6 months
