We are looking for a certified care teacher for our labor market education program for care assistants in Eskilstuna. All teaching takes place on-site and includes both classroom instruction and individual guidance. The target group consists of participants who are often somewhat further from the labor market – therefore, it is important that you have a strong commitment and a genuine desire to support and inspire each individual. Your responsibilities include:

• Planning, implementing, and developing teaching based on regulatory documents.
• Working with assessment, grading, and documentation.
• Mentoring and supporting students based on their individual needs and study plans.
• Creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment where students are encouraged to participate, be creative, and develop personally.

We are looking for someone who is:

• A certified vocational teacher within healthcare and social care.
• Committed to developing professional knowledge and professional identity within healthcare and social care.
• Flexible, creative, responsible, and structured.
• Experienced in collaborating and building good relationships with students, colleagues, and clients.

Additional qualifications include:

• Experience with adult education, validation, and teaching students whose native language is not Swedish.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Good digital competence.

• Scope: 100%, temporary position for approximately 10 months. Start date: August 1, 2026.
