We are now looking for an experienced and driven consultant for an exciting assignment within the automotive and industrial sectors. This assignment is perfect for you who have experience leading implementation projects in global organizations and thrive in a role that combines strategic work with operational execution.

You will lead the local implementation of a new employee survey tool and support the work leading up to the annual employee survey process in 2026. The role involves many contact points and close collaboration with HR/P&C, IT, communications, and international project teams.

About the Assignment

  • Start: Immediate
  • Scope: 50% initially, increasing to 100% from week 33/34
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Location: Stockholm, hybrid work
  • Language: English is required. Swedish and/or German are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Project Management & Implementation

  • Lead and drive the local implementation of a new employee survey platform (Qualtrics)
  • Translate global project requirements into local activities and solutions
  • Ensure the implementation follows global plans, timelines, and governance
  • Coordinate between local and global stakeholders
  • Identify risks and proactively drive actions
  • Collaborate closely with HR/P&C, IT, and other internal functions

Preparation for Employee Survey 2026

  • Coordinate activities leading up to the annual employee survey
  • Ensure processes, schedules, and organizational readiness
  • Manage user permissions, reporting structure, and operational setup

Change Management

  • Support change management and user adoption
  • Contribute to communication materials and stakeholder engagement
  • Drive organizational readiness for new processes and tools

We are looking for someone with

  • Documented experience leading cross-functional implementation projects in global matrix organizations
  • Ability to combine strategic coordination with hands-on execution
  • Experience with People Analytics, employee engagement surveys, or HR data/reporting
  • Experience with HR systems or survey platforms is advantageous
  • Experience with Qualtrics is a plus
  • Knowledge in change management and communication planning
