The administrative unit is a team with various areas of responsibility, including HR, finance, communication, security, archives, and registry. We work closely together and help each other to provide professional support to the judicial operations and service to the public. We strive for efficient and modern administration and work together to develop methods and routines to meet an increasingly digitalized working life. Your engagement and competence will be an important part of this work.
You will belong to our administrative unit and work closely with our administrator and administrative manager. The tasks are numerous and varied. The daily work consists largely of personnel and financial administrative tasks. In the role, you work in parallel with many issues and other common tasks, such as administrative diaries, procurement matters, intranet information, management of facility assets, etc. If needed, you should also be able to assist other functions within the unit, for example in the reception. We therefore value presence at the office and see the work primarily taking place on-site.
New or changed tasks may be added depending on the needs of the operations.
The role includes locking the court, which may involve some overtime as trials sometimes continue after regular working hours.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- A completed three-year theoretical upper secondary education or other equivalent education assessed by the employer as equivalent.
- Experience in administrative work and working in administrative support functions.
- At least a couple of years of work experience in similar work within service and administration.
- Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

To thrive in the role of administrator, it is important that you are a skilled administrator with a high sense of accuracy and quality. You communicate and collaborate easily with different people. As a person, you are positive, professional, and contribute to a good work climate. You have high integrity, are responsible, and can handle trust. It is important that you are unpretentious and adapt easily to new situations; you listen and take initiative. You work both proactively – staying one step ahead – and structured, driving your work forward independently. You value following internal routines and enjoy designing efficient administrative routines that make it easier for yourself and others. Working digitally is natural for you.
You possess a high degree of self-leadership maturity and enjoy working independently but also as part of the team, as it requires you to take responsibility for both your own and the group's assignments. For you, it is equally important to share your knowledge and experience as to learn from colleagues.

This means you uphold democratic values and the state values that govern the operations of the Swedish Courts. We require you to follow applicable laws. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and your personal suitability for the position – especially regarding judgment. Before a decision on employment, a background check may be conducted. Personality and problem-solving tests may be included as part of the selection process.
