Do you want to contribute to students' learning, development, and sense of security? Bäckseda School is looking for you, a qualified teacher with the authorization to teach grades 1–3.

The position is in grade 3, where you will become part of a team of educators working with the student group. Currently, two experienced educators work in the class, and from the autumn we will expand to three, providing excellent opportunities for collaboration, flexibility, and adaptation to students' needs. Teaching is planned, implemented, and followed up together, with very good conditions for working in smaller groups and varying methods according to students' prerequisites.

You plan and conduct teaching that gives every student the opportunity to reach their full potential. The role includes documenting and following up on students' development, as well as maintaining close dialogue with both students and guardians.

Bäckseda School in Vetlanda is located in a beautiful and inspiring environment. Our vision here is that everyone thrives, feels safe, and develops into their best selves. Qualifications

• Teacher's degree with authorization to teach grades 1–3.
• Experience in teaching is an advantage.
• Extract from the criminal record register.
• We place importance on personal qualities.
