Our operations are in full swing and growing rapidly. We are now looking for another educator who wants to help develop our business together with us.

At our company, you work with adult participants who wish to take the next step in life – towards work, studies, or increased motivation. You have a warm and secure approach to people, seeing each participant as an individual with unique strengths, prerequisites, and dreams. You are motivated by helping people understand difficult concepts, find their self-confidence, and take steps they perhaps didn't think were possible.

We are looking for someone with (Requirements):

• At least 60 higher education credits in pedagogy
• At least one (1) year of full-time professional experience in pedagogical work with adults (16+) within the last six years

Meritorious qualifications:

• Experience from care and social work
• Language skills in addition to Swedish, preferably Arabic
