Combine user meetings with administration and become part of a positive team with broad expertise! We are now looking for a social worker (assistance handler) with a main focus on social psychiatry and the Support and Service Act for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (LSS).

With us, you will have a varied and developing role where you work both closely with users and with investigations and decisions. You investigate, make decisions, and follow up on measures within the Social Services Act (SoL) and LSS in the form of housing support, contact person, day activities, as well as housing within social psychiatry. The work also involves collaboration and meetings with the individual, relatives, other authorities, and healthcare providers.

You will become part of a work group where we value each other's competencies and develop together. You always have close access to managerial support, and supervision is a natural part of your work.

We are looking for you who find it easy to adapt to different situations and who see opportunities rather than obstacles. You have a good ability to plan and organize your work, while treating every individual with respect and understanding.

It is an advantage if you have experience in exercising public authority, especially within LSS and social psychiatry, as well as good knowledge of LSS and SoL. Experience with the business systems Combine and Cosmic Link, as well as the investigation method IBIC, is also a plus.

The position involves flexible working hours and the possibility of some remote work.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work (Social Worker).
• Class B driver's license.
• Experience in assistance handling and exercising public authority within social psychiatry and LSS is meritorious.
• We place importance on personal qualities.
