About the position

Our client is a large industry organization representing some of Sweden's leading craftsmen, retailers, and suppliers. They operate nationwide within information, research, as well as technical and legal advisory services. On behalf of our client, we are now looking for an Administrative Coordinator who will handle administration, answer incoming calls, and be responsible for other tasks related to the office. Their headquarters is located in large turn-of-the-century premises in the heart of Södermalm, where you are expected to perform all work on-site.

This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by us at Academic Work and work on assignment for our client. We are looking for you who can start immediately and who view the assignment as long-term.

Responsibilities

This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, from receiving incoming calls and coordinating meetings to general office services and support for management.

  • Administer courses and book premises.
  • Ensure that materials are delivered to the correct location.
  • Provide administrative support during meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to management with various tasks.
  • Be responsible for general office services, such as watering flowers and restocking fruit.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and emails.
  • Update and maintain information in the Lime CRM system.

We are looking for you who

  • Have completed upper secondary education.
  • Have good knowledge of the Office package.
  • Have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Have a valid driver's license (Category B).

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience in administrative work.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Lime.

To succeed in the role, you have the following personal qualities:

  • Detail-oriented, methodical, and systematic.
  • Responsible and proactive.
  • Self-starting with the ability to take ownership of your own work.
  • Communicative and initiative-taking.
