Job Description

The Housing Social Group works with outreach and supportive change work and is responsible for supervision and support in the rental of housing in the form of so-called "social contracts". The work is carried out in close collaboration with case workers within the Social Services Administration and other authorities, and where applicable, in local integrated collaboration with specialist psychiatry's outpatient care, a collaboration that we both appreciate and are dependent on. Our task is to meet the individual's need for interventions with the aim of contributing to increased independence based on the individual's prerequisites. We place great emphasis on the individual's participation.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a relevant behavioral science higher education or university degree. Other 2-year post-secondary education with a treatment focus may be considered. Experience of evidence-based work with the target groups is seen as meritorious. As a person, you are development- and result-oriented and have a good ability to clearly and engagingly set up structures and convey stability and realistic goals. You are relationship-oriented, pedagogical, and have good references from previous collaboration and cooperation contacts. You are analytical, solution-focused, and have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing, which allows you to naturally create context and engagement that leads forward.
