We are now looking for a Client and Assistant Manager for our office in Gothenburg who wants to help develop our operations together with us.

Your Role:

As a Client and Assistant Manager at Move & Walk, you have overall responsibility for your assignments. You work closely with clients, their relatives, and personal assistants, creating the conditions for secure, high-quality, and sustainable assistance over time.

You combine present and trust-building leadership with structure and accountability. The role is both operational and development-oriented, and you collaborate closely with your colleagues in the team.

  • Lead, support, and follow up on personal assistants in their duties
  • Ensure recruitment, onboarding, and staffing based on client needs
  • Build, maintain, and develop long-term client relationships
  • Handle personnel responsibilities, working environment, and regulatory compliance
  • Plan and develop scheduling, administration, and documentation
  • Monitor quality, economy, and results within your area of responsibility
  • Actively contribute to collaboration, participation, and development within Move & Walk

Formal Requirements

  • Experience in a leading or coordinating role within LSS (Swedish Act for Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) or social care
  • Excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Strong administrative skills and experience working with digital systems
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)

Merits

  • Experience in personal assistance
  • Experience in recruitment, scheduling, and documentation
  • Post-secondary education in social work or similar
