WHO WE ARE

It is easy to take electricity and energy for granted. But behind every power plant and gas turbine are components that must withstand extreme temperatures, pressure, and load, year after year.

This is where we at AnVa KSG come in. We work with advanced welding-intensive manufacturing for the energy sector, building complex components with very high demands on quality, precision, and documentation. Our customers have requirements ranging from welding and testing to verification and third-party auditing. There are no shortcuts here.

We are located on 5,500 square meters in Trollhättan, where we have approximately 40 employees working full steam to meet the high demand for our products. As part of the AnVa Group, we have 10 sister companies with over 480 employees in Sweden, Lithuania, Germany, and China, and a turnover of 1.1 billion SEK. Read more about us at anva.se

THE ROLE

We have grown rapidly in recent years. In just two years, our turnover has more than doubled, and we have increased the number of employees in production. We are now recruiting a CEO who can lead the company on its growth journey and build an organization capable of sustaining the business long-term – across two sites, with higher volumes and more customers.

More specifically, the role involves:

Take production to the next level

We have built a business with high flexibility and strong technical competence. The next step is to create a more efficient production that can handle higher volumes while maintaining high demands on quality, documentation, and precision. This involves, among other things, developing production flows, reducing bottlenecks, and creating better conditions for improvement work and long-term development.

Integrate two businesses into one

Two companies in the group are to be merged, creating significant opportunities to build more capacity, broaden competence, and create a stronger combined offering. As CEO, you are responsible for both businesses and drive the work to make them function as one; with common working methods, clear division of responsibilities, and production that operates efficiently across two sites with the same high welding certifications.

Scale organization and leadership

We have significantly increased our number of employees over the past year. The next step is to develop both leaders and create working methods that allow the business to continue growing without losing momentum, engagement, or proximity to production. You will work closely with both managers and the management team to create clearer direction, better follow-up, and more unified leadership across two sites.

Ensure long-term competence supply

Our specialist competence in production and welding is crucial to meeting deliveries. Your task is to strengthen the work of attracting even more employees, while also improving onboarding and knowledge transfer as the business grows.

Broaden the business and strengthen commercial management

KSG has grown rapidly in recent years, and the ambition is to continue developing the business with both existing and new customers. This also means a greater focus on follow-up, profitability management, and more long-term business development as the business grows.

You are based in Trollhättan and report to the Group CEO at AnVa.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a CEO, Site Manager, or Division Manager with a production profile who thrives where business, technology, and people meet. You have had full P&L responsibility in the past and are comfortable both setting the course and standing in the middle of operations when needed. To succeed and thrive with us, you are:

Experienced in technically advanced production

You come from the manufacturing industry where quality, precision, and delivery capability are crucial. Experience from welding industry, advanced machine shop production, or other technically complex manufacturing is particularly relevant. You do not need to be a welding specialist yourself, but you need to understand the production environment and the technical complexity the business is built on.

Accustomed to developing and optimizing businesses

In previous roles, you have developed production, working methods, and organizations in line with business growth. You understand how flows, capacity, quality, and leadership are interconnected and are accustomed to driving change without creating unnecessary bureaucracy or losing momentum.

Confident in leading through others

You are accustomed to building management teams, developing managers, and creating clarity regarding responsibilities and follow-up. You do not need to solve all operational issues yourself, but you are confident in getting the business to function through other people.

Commercial and long-term oriented

You understand what drives profitability in a manufacturing business and are accustomed to working closely with both production and business functions. You have experience developing customer relationships, tracking margins, and driving the business forward as the company grows. At the same time, you can look long-term and see how production, capacity, investments, and customer development need to align to build a strong business over time.

Down-to-earth and clear

You build trust by being present, direct, and easy to work with. You are unpretentious, listen to the business, and win people over through clarity, engagement, and stable leadership.

AIMS REFLECTIONS

What makes KSG special is the combination of high technical complexity and strong growth. Many industrial companies are either very structured or very entrepreneurial. Here, both aspects exist simultaneously. The business has built its position through high specialist competence, flexibility, and the ability to solve complex production with high demands on both quality and precision.

At the same time, the company is now facing the next phase, where organization, leadership, and working methods need to develop as the business grows across two sites.

This is why we believe this role is best suited for a confident industrial leader who truly understands production and has experience scaling organizations in growth. Someone who can create clarity and direction without building unnecessary bureaucracy, and who thrives closest to the operations.
