Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility for the operation of the store with budget, result, and reporting responsibilities.
• Full personnel responsibility with tasks such as scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, development talks, work environment, etc.
• Lead, develop, and motivate employees.
• Provide clear guidance and clear goals for the departments.
• Plan and execute various marketing activities in the store.
• Work to become the natural first choice for customers and offer world-class service before, during, and after the purchase.
