About the Role

As General Manager, you have overall responsibility for LRQA's Inspection and Assessment operations in the Nordic countries and the Baltic region. The role combines clear result and P&L responsibility with a strategic mandate to develop the business, strengthen market position, and ensure high quality in delivery. You lead the business with a focus on commercial growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. The role involves close collaboration with the sales organization as well as frequent interaction with global functions within LRQA.

Your Mission

As General Manager, you are responsible for translating LRQA's global strategy into successful results in the Nordic and Baltic markets. The role includes:

  • Full P&L responsibility with clear ownership of revenues, margins, and cash flow
  • Drive commercial strategy in close collaboration with Sales, including pricing, pipeline development, and strategic account management
  • Identify and realize growth opportunities in new and existing sectors, services, and partnerships
  • Develop and implement a three-year strategic plan aligned with LRQA's global goals and local market conditions
  • Ensure efficient, consistent, and customer-focused delivery through strong operational control and resource optimization
  • Drive digital transformation and innovation for increased scalability and customer benefit
  • Represent LRQA externally and build relationships with key customers, authorities, and industry organizations

Who are you?

We are looking for a confident and business-minded leader with experience managing operations with clear result responsibilities. You have had P&L responsibility in a commercially driven organization and have a strong ability to translate strategic ambitions into concrete and measurable results. You are accustomed to working closely with sales and customers in complex businesses and thrive in a role where you lead through change with structure, pace, and engagement. Your leadership is clear, inclusive, and performance-oriented, and we would appreciate experience from the TIC industry. You are analytical, relationship-building, and decisive with high integrity. You thrive in an international environment and find it easy to collaborate cross-functionally.
