Peab Asfalt AB is a subsidiary within the Peab Group and one of Sweden's largest companies in the manufacture and laying of hot, semi-warm, and cold asphalt. We have a strong focus on innovation for more environmentally friendly asphalt and led the industry in reducing carbon dioxide emissions with the launch of ECO-Asphalt.

We are now looking for dedicated and experienced paving workers for Karlshamn and/or Karlskrona.

About the role

As a paving worker, you will work outdoors on-site with your colleagues on new construction and maintenance pavements. You will work closely with clients and customers on varied assignments within your area of responsibility. As a paving worker, no two days are alike, as both work locations and hours vary, requiring a degree of flexibility.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is engaged, positive, and a good team player. You thrive when taking responsibility and driving work forward. You are practical and have good skills in planning and organizing your work. We seek someone who values teamwork and takes pride in delivering high-quality work alongside your colleagues.

You should have experience working in the paving or construction industry.

The role requires good proficiency in Swedish and a valid B-class driver's license. An E-class driver's license is an advantage.
