Personal assistance is a service under the LSS (Act on Support and Service for Certain Functionally Disabled). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to people who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and privacy, and contribute to making daily life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is sensitive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for you who match the following:

• want to work for a woman in her 40s living in Kista

• have good knowledge of Swedish

• good physical condition to perform heavy lifting

It is also meritorious if you:

• have experience in similar work

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment percentage, and salary:

The current form of employment is "for as long as the assistance assignment lasts" with an employment percentage of approximately 55%. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, and weekends.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, and other compensations are made according to the collective agreement.

Start date according to agreement.
