Job Responsibilities

In the LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) operations, we work with people of all ages with various functional variations and needs. The goal of the operations is to support users towards increased independence and to enable greater participation in society. Our employees' task is to map out, plan, and structure individual support together with the user to create opportunities for personal development.

Common tasks include supporting the user in daily life with routine household chores, such as cooking, personal care, and cleaning the home. Additionally, motivation, inspiration, and the implementation of social and cultural activities around and together with the user are part of the role. We value self-determination and integrity in our operations, which permeates the staff's approach and working methods.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are flexible, secure, solution-focused, and who always prioritize the individual and the task. You should have a pedagogical and motivating approach and the ability to build good relationships. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required as documentation is a mandatory part of the job.

Additional qualifications as a support assistant are meritorious. If you work with children or in short-term housing for children, a police record extract is required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
