Ryfors School is a small school unit with a beautiful natural setting. The school is located about a 15-minute drive from the central town of Älmhult. Approximately 120 students attend the school, ranging from preschool class to grade six. Most of our students attend our after-school center.

Job Description
As a childcare assistant (barnskötare) at Ryfors School, you will be offered a varied and developing role.
Part of your working day will be spent as a class resource in a classroom, where, together with the responsible teacher, you contribute to a good study environment and support the students' learning and development.
During some of the students' recess periods, you will act as a recess supervisor, being out with the students to create a safe, secure, and meaningful recess environment. Recess supervisors play an important role in the preventive work for well-being and study environment at the school.
You will also work within the after-school activities, where you plan and implement meaningful and stimulating activities for the students, both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with experience working with students in a school setting. You should be trained as a childcare assistant or have equivalent education.
Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer.
A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) is required before employment. We recommend applying for this extract in advance in case you are called for an interview.
