HR Developer at State Pensions Agency (SPV) in Sundsvall
The State Pensions Agency, SPV, is one of Sweden's largest providers of pension services. We manage occupational pensions and insurance for employers in the public sector and have over 1,100,000 customers, including current and former state employees as well as pensioners. Our office is located in Sundsvall.

We are now looking for an HR Developer who wants to contribute to the agency's development through qualified HR work and business-close managerial support. You will work based on the public sector's values and contribute to developing the agency's work based on the employer policy delegation within the state.
Responsibilities
As an HR Developer at SPV, you work closely with the agency's managers and provide qualified support throughout the entire employee journey: attract, recruit, develop, retain, and separate. The tasks vary from strategic development assignments to more operational and administrative duties.
The role involves continuously managing, ensuring compliance with, and further developing processes within the HR area. With your knowledge, confidence, and competence, you provide SPV's managers with business-close support in all employer-related issues at the agency. You will work with both long-term and short-term quality support for managers in various types of cases, ranging from routine daily questions to labor law investigations.
SPV is undergoing a change process where the external environment and rapid technological development mean that we need to actively work on changing ways of working and shifting the organization's competence to meet future demands. As an HR Developer, you will have the opportunity to drive and contribute to development assignments linked to our business and competence supply plan. You will monitor the external environment, bring forward ideas that support SPV's goals, and have the ability to take action and realize your ideas.
As an HR Developer at SPV, you contribute to the agency's overall goals as well as the goals within the employer policy strategy that applies to all employers in the state. You are an important employer representative for the agency and make a difference by strengthening both managers and the organization.

Organization
SPV's HR team currently consists of five employees. Together with a few other teams, you are organizationally part of a unit with a common unit manager. You will also work closely with other teams to solve tasks related to different service areas, but mostly related to the service area we call employer policy. You will also work closely with our HR Manager.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have an academic degree in the personnel field or a corresponding relevant area for the assignment, or alternatively, several years of current experience that we assess as equivalent.
You have at least 5 years of current experience in broad and qualified HR work spanning several HR processes. You are accustomed to using your competence to coach managers and create various situation-adapted solution proposals. You have very good knowledge of Swedish and English and can express yourself well both orally and in writing.
We consider it meritorious if you have previously worked with HR in different collective agreement areas, if you have experience of labor law negotiations, and if you have experience of driving development projects within the HR area.
