About the position:

As a coordinator at Gotlands Hemtjänster, you will play a central role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible care and support based on each individual's needs and wishes. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating services for our customers, as well as leading and supporting our employees in their daily work. Your work will be crucial in creating a safe and pleasant environment for both customers, relatives, and employees.

Your tasks will include, among other things:

  • Planning and scheduling of home care services and personnel
  • Contact with customers and relatives
  • Supporting and supervising employees in their work, as well as leading APT (Individual Care Plans) and group meetings
  • Collaborating with other professional groups and creating a holistic view of our customers
  • Contributing to a positive work environment by promoting laughter, lightness, lack of hierarchy, and helpfulness
  • Being responsible for the on-call phone according to schedule
  • Handling administrative tasks such as documentation and reporting
  • Other delegated tasks may be added

We are looking for you who

  • Is solution-oriented, structured, responsible, and able to prioritize in a varied working day.
  • Believes that quality and good attitude are a matter of course.
  • Has good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
  • Is computer literate and easily adapts to new systems.
  • Sees and values people's differences and actively contributes to diversity and inclusion.
  • We consider it an advantage if you have previous experience working in healthcare and social care, preferably in a coordinating or leadership role.
  • A B-driver's license is required.
  • We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
