Ensotech is a growing specialist company in the energy market, focusing on electricity purchasing, analysis, and strategic consulting. We combine consultancy services with self-developed software to help our customers make better business decisions in a complex and changing energy market.

We are a small, highly specialized team based in Visby, where consulting and system development work closely together. At Ensotech, decisions are made close to the operations, and every employee has a direct impact on both customer value and the company's development.

About the role

As a business support specialist, you will become a key person in ensuring our consultancy operations function efficiently and scalably. The role involves creating structure, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring that our customers receive the right decision-making support at the right time.

You will work closely with consultants and management and be an integral part of the core delivery – not a peripheral support function.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Coordinate and structure ongoing customer projects
• Ensure analysis, follow-up, and documentation
• Support consultants in delivery and working methods
• Work with business follow-up and business control
• Contribute to the development of working methods and services
