As an HR Consultant, you play a central role in the administration's development and support managers with all types of HR issues. You work in a broad partner role with significant independent responsibility and have the opportunity to influence how you structure your workday.

You are a key person in the strategic work to develop the organization, including initiating, driving, and following up on projects and processes related to the business plan and competence supply plan. Together with the HR team, you drive forward-looking initiatives in close collaboration with the dental care, primary care, psychiatry, somatic specialist care (hospital), and habilitation/rehabilitation units.

The role involves representing HR in a professional, strategic, and future-oriented manner. You also contribute to shaping a trust-based organizational culture.

We are looking for you who have a relevant university education in HR or equivalent education and experience that the employer considers equivalent. You have several years of experience working broadly and business-oriented with various HR issues such as labor law, transition work, salary reviews, group and leadership development, and organizational culture. Experience in independently driving assignments and development projects is meritorious. It is an advantage if you have experience in change management, have worked within healthcare or the public sector, and have knowledge of the collective agreements and employment terms applicable to Region Gotland.

As a person, you are flexible, analytical, trustworthy, and able to adapt to new circumstances. We value that you are curious, driven, and proactive. Your ability to collaborate is excellent, as is your ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing.
